I'm Eva Kristek. Passionate English teacher with years of experience in delivering One-to-One tutoring, grammar, and conversation classes. Originally from the Czech Republic, I've been living in the United Kingdom since 2004.
I am TEFL & TESOL certified, with BA in language studies. My classes are always fully personalised to your needs, helping you on your journey towards proficient English.
I believe my ability to speak both English and Czech is advantageous when it comes to teaching. I'll be able to seamlessly switch between both languages if you wish to, to make sure you fully understand the topic.

What do I teach?
Conversation lessons - General English
During the call, we can speak about any pre-set topics or just about anything you would like to talk about. These calls will help you to become fluent and confident in speaking. The topic is usually chosen by students.
Kids lessons
I use different tools and resources to keep kids engage and enhance their learning. Parents are welcomed to join the call too. These calls are for 6-12 years old students. The topic of the lesson will be set before the call. Homework is provided upon request.
Help with English homework
During this call, I help students to complete their homework. Parents are welcomed to join the call too.
Practice reading and pronunciation
During this session, students can either use their own materials or I can provide some on request. We will focus on fixing pronunciation.
Grammar lessons
Each call is dedicated to grammar which students wish to learn. For the call, I prepare materials, examples, and other resources to maximise the understanding of the topic. This call also includes the practical part. If you are passionate enough, you can be provided with homework too.
Mini courses
Each mini-course focuses on different topics and solving different problems. The topics of the calls are set before each call.
